The idea is to work on some use cases including Jira, R, and PowerBI integrations for measuring and enhancing project performance for digital transformation success and building organizational agility.
Looking to collaborate!

Just to comment, the worst thing people can do is call things <something> project management. I please, I am not saying this because your post. Lot of people or organizations used it. So, returning to your post, I am leading this type of initiatives using generative AI (as you know, AI is a broad term and we are using AI from more than 40 years ago in all related to project management practices). We starting just to ChatGPT and the data created for tools that have AI embeded and then we are using Microsoft Copilot that offers all you need based on Microsoft suite. The key point here, at least in my experience, is to do fine tunning or RAG with your own data. You could see an example in PMI´s Infinity.

Thank you for your comment, I appreciate it so much. Haha, I understand what you mean by "people can do is call things project management", but for clarification's sake please refer to the latest article "What is Agile Project Management? Developing a New Definition Following a Systematic Literature Review by Hao Dong, Nicholas Dacre, David Baxter, and Serkan Ceylan", so let's establish agile project management is a thing and my PhD work includes it. Moving towards AI, not for an argument's sake, it was my choice to keep it open-ended at this stage as AI includes both symbolic learning and machine learning. Yes, you are right at this stage we are more focused on using GenAI (a type of ML) i.e. GPT for enhancing project management practice. I am so keen to share knowledge with you about what type of initiatives are you working on and if you find interest in collaborating using GPTs, Jira, R, and PowerBI (though we need to start by understanding and practicing use cases before we get into implementations). Our profile matches as I am working on digital transformations and organizational agility.

We have started bringing to life a business novel: Data-Driven Project Manager by Mario Vanhoucke. The plan is to use Jira, R/Python, Power BI/visualization tools, and GenAI chatbots as much as to come up with an ultimate process/framework to effectively analyze and predict project teams' and project performances.

Hi Neena Kour suras . I am using that right now with Jira Align and MS ADO working together. In this case we are using generative AI. You know, AI is a board term then you can use other models for doing that. The best place to find use cases and real life examples is inside Atlassian website. Adding to that, in the case of codding, we are using MS Copilot to interact with all these stuff.

This response is so helpful. We have just started understanding and working on it, will update the progress once made and your guidance is highly valued.

Yes, I agree - GenAI it is, totally agree that AI is a broad term.
