Apart from generic textbook suggestions, can AI proffer expected specific solutions to emotional issues among project team members such as conflict? Saving Changes...
While it can the current GenAI tools are able to provide suggestions on options to address a given interpersonal situation and might even provide some viable ones if they are provided sufficient context, they can't and shouldn't replace the judgment of a PM on which approach is likely to produced the best result.
This is part of situational leadership and even a well seasoned (human) mentor might only provide guidance so we can't expect an AI to do better in the near term at least.

Taiwo, my thoughts are in-line with Kiron's. It might happen on the long-term so I can't say never but in the short-term, I don't think so. Overall, I believe that actual human PMs should have the final judgement.

Yes, it can. But depending of the type of AI entity you are using you have to warn or not to the people. For example, you can use AI entities which call the environment and can detect sentiments and emotions for each people in the environment then give you, for each person, the result with associated probabilities. This is easy to create using neural networks.
