PMI is changing how they offer micro-credential courses starting September 4th. After that, you can buy them as eLearnings. If you purchase a course, finish it by December 31st to keep its micro-credential status. After that date, they won't be called 'micro-credential' anymore, but you'll still get a Badge and Certificate of Completion. Any micro-credentials you already earned will stay valid.

i just completed the first leg of the construction micro-credential. So i got the certificate, but is there any value at all in taking the related exam? Feels like a waste of time if I can't proceed to get the credentials. Am I missing something?

I recently completed the Construction Project Communications course (previously a microcredential) and received a certificate of completion. However, the PMI Construction Professional (PMI-CP) page does not indicate that I have finished the course. Do I need to take any additional steps?
did you write the exam? if yes, it should indicate after couple of days.
