Ticketing system for our chapter

Hello,

I am wondering if you can advise me on a possible ticketing system that is more robust than simple ticketing inface on our hosted by Dark Rhino website.  We would like to track tickets based on our current email accounts to see who they are assigned to and what work was done. I am sure there are other chapters using a ticket system and I am wondering if you know who they are so that I can reach out to them. Maybe you know of a person that can reach out to that might know this information and be able to help me.

Hello Chester Small - I was able to get more info from the Chapter team and they provided the following response:


PMI doesn't have official recommendations for third-party ticketing system vendors, but chapters have found success with the following platforms:



Zendesk
Freshdesk
Zoho Desk
Help Scout
Kayako
Gorgias
Jira Service Management
Live Agent
Groove


We encourage chapters to consult the PMI Chapter Policy Manual when evaluating vendors to ensure best practices, such as conducting due diligence, maintaining information security controls, and complying with data privacy requirements and local regulations. I really appreciate checking with the team on this and getting their feedback. I am wondering is there are maybe one or two team members that are using a ticketing system that I can talk to. I would like to know mainly how they are using their ticketing system.
