Thanks for highlighting this offering, Laura Schofield - I'll add it to my "to do" list and look forward to comparing its depth to the A.I. Made Simple course which I took earlier and found quite useful.

Previously, I had taken the "Data Landscape of GenAI for Project Managers" and "Generative AI Overview for Project Managers" courses.
So, this morning, I took this just released “Talking to AI: Prompt Engineering for Project Managers” course. It was so enlightening and provides very helpful information on the importance of Prompt Engineering and how helpful it can be to all of us Project Managers as a valuable assistant tool. Great presenter, very clear, easy to understand and follow in each section. The information was presented with great visual aids and graphics. It helps a lot, since I am a visual learner.
Aso, I found added value of this course, that we have the possibility to download the "Talking to AI: Prompt Engineering for Project Managers Handbook". This handbook has a great structure, that helps to maintain the interest and the flow of the information. It is very well structured and sequenced, starting with "Designing Prompts". then: "Refining Prompts", "Changing Prompts", "Prompting Acument and the important "Conclusion". Also, very appropriate to include "Additional Resources" links and a "Tool Library" within this same handbook. The handbook is a wonderful complement to the course. Definitely I will keep it handy as a I continue to explore and learn more about AI and PMI Infinity.
Hopefully more PMI-AI courses will become available in the near future to keep us all engaged and continue learning more about AI. Furthermore, help bring more PM community members into learning about AI and how helpful it can be to all of us.

Laura Schofield -

just completed the course. It is a good introduction to prompt engineering. Not as detailed as the other course I had taken, but that was ten hours vs. the couple of hours for this one.

I especially liked the workbook as well as the detailed coverage of the RTF and CREATE formats.

What might have made the course more impactful would have been if the overall course had been focused around a fictitious business case/project and the examples were tied to that.

Using the Workbook for Skill Improvement

I've found that discussing workbook exercises with peers in study groups has been really helpful. For instance, when we tackled the budgeting exercises together, we shared different approaches and learned from each other's experiences. It was such a collaborative environment that not only strengthened my grasp of the material but also gave me practical insights I could use right away in my own projects.

Hi, you will find the workbook in the beginning - it is part of the first video - Start here. It is hidden at the bottom of the page with titel Prompt Engineering for Project Managers Workbook - 1:35 min. You have to click on the arrow and it will open in the new page where you can save it to your computer. I hope this helps.

It opens up a static page which says Get the Full Course Here (click here) which does absolutely nothing.

-- Correction it works just not on a mobile phone as it doesn't download entire PDF. But UX isn't great TBH
