PMI Study hall- No longer available in India???

Hello Everyone,
Is it true that PMI study hall is no currently not available in India? 
I'm currently based in India and doing my final preparation for PMP. I was thinking of buying study hall and for a final mock preparation. But it showed some error when trying to purchase this. I registered this issue to the PMI customer service (via live chat). They said that they will reply via whatsapp after investigation.

And yesterday I received this message- "This is a message from PMI. Dear Karan, We would like to inform you that PMI Study Hall is no longer available in India reason, this is the reason it was not getting into your cart. You will be notified if we have any update regarding same".

I heard Study hall is a very helpful tool for the final preparations. I don't understand weather this is a technical glitch or some kind of breakdown?? So many students depend on the study hall for their final prep. Can anyone please help?

Hi Kimberly Whitby and Kiron Bondale thanks for attending this. There's an update. After I posted this, I had another conversation with a customer service agent on live chat today to enquire about the issue and things were quite strange but ultimately positive.

At first he just responded the same story that "it is no longer available in India & we'll inform you once there is an update". But I kept asking weather if this is a bug/technical issue & what is the timeline for the resolve. He then send me another practice question package (250+ qns) that costed USD 99 whereas the Study hall is only USD 49 plus it has 2x full mock test qns. I wasn't happy with the response. So I wrote back and asked him to justify how this is an alternative for Study Hall. After a few minutes of pause, he send me a payment link to Study Hall to my email. I wrote back asking him how did he do this all of a sudden. But strangely, the chat conversation got disconnected. Anyhow I purchased it and now have access to Study Hall.

Karan, it's odd why they would say it is not available in India anymore and furstrating how every person you talk to gives you a different answer (It's been happening a lot lately) but glad you finally managed to purchase it.

An alternative to study hall are the practice exams through PM PrepCast. It is a very solid resource. Good luck with the exam!

I have already subscribed for PMP Study hall essentials for Months and it is now expired and again i try to purchase the same ,but automatically taking to Study hall essential plus.

Kindly support to advise why same subscription not happening?

Hello,
I have already subscribed to PMP Study Hall Essentials and currently its expired, Also am currently not able to renew it or re-purchase it. Kindly support/advise me to get access to the study hall again.

No reply from Customer Care ([email protected]).

I am not able to add the study Hall in the cart even though I have paid for the exam ? what may be the reason ?

Hi everyone,
I'm trying to purchase the PMI Study Hall subscription but I'm unable to add it to my cart. After connecting with PMI support, I was informed that Study Hall is currently not available for purchase in India, and that it becomes accessible only after purchasing the exam.



However, I came across this discussion thread where another user from India was able to access Study Hall, which makes things confusing. Support asked me to change my country, but I do not have government ID of another country, so that's not a viable option for me.



Has anyone else in India successfully subscribed to Study Hall recently? Any suggestions or clarification would be really helpful!
