Hello,
I am currently working on a project with the goal to provide a proposal of a program management process for my department.
As the Standard for Program Management is a principle based approach I was wondering, whether there is a reference/example for program management processes?

Thank you for your help.

While they call them activities and not processes in the Standard, the activity details in the Standard should be suitable for your needs, especially the mapping of the activities to phases and the interaction information between the activities.

The standard includes a program life cycle. For activity guidance, refer to the exam content outline.

In contrast to project management, program management is not based on rationality but on often irrational human behaviors, perspectives, and a changing context. Processes are artifacts of rational thinking and do not help much in programs.
