AI is here to stay and it is important that we learn to use it to our benefit. As we carry out our project, our team members should be trained on how to use new introduced AI tools in the project to make them feel comfortable enough to carry out their roles. AI is might to be trained by humans to help make their jobs easy the error will be to be too comfortable and allow AI take over completely and do your job.

AI is here to stay, and it is critical to integrate it into our projects responsibly and strategically. While there are valid concerns about AI's potential to displace human control, there are also many ways to leverage it to improve our processes and outcomes.

A fear of power loss by humans should not affect any project.
If you lose your power as project PM, someone else will have it and can help finish the project.

AI is a board term. In fact, we are using AI in our projects and in our daily life from more than 40 years sometimes without being aware on that (refrigerators, air conditioners, text prediction, expert systems, etc, etc.). The new model of generative AI changed things. My personal opinion is business analyst, project/program/portfolio manager, software development and other roles must be "reinvented" or redefined because they are "dead" in the way they were defined at the begining. I think the PMI is doing a work on that.
