My team and I have been developing an MVP for a collaboration platform, and built a landing page www.phoenary.com to test our messaging as well. We are getting into the process of getting as many feedbacks for our messaging and landing page, and in return learn from all of it. We also thought of targeting certain niche of people who would find the product interesting and help us establish the right messaging. The product needs to clarify where the data is stored. If you can make it so it is local storage on our own servers that's good, as cloud based storage is no longer acceptable to our info gov people for any commercial data. I hope that helps. Saving Changes...

I agree with Tim, a sales point on your homepage about system security would be good, and the ability to limit who sees what from your curated content - essential for project data when you have some things you want shared with everyone and some with only certain stakeholders or internal team members.
