Does your company have restrictions on using AI at work? I suggest trying AI at home!

How have you used AI in your personal life or to manage tasks at home?

I was able to plan a birthday lunch for my sister using ChatGPT, which gave me a full grocery list and quantities. It was a dream come true to have this shortcut, and there was no proprietary information to worry about. This gave me some practice using the tool.

I have also added the question “Have you tried AI at work or home?” to my standard list of interview questions to hear stories about how creative candidates can be. I understand some companies will not let employees use ChatGPT, so hearing about organizing a high school reunion or assisting with travel planning shows capabilities. By the way, trip planning is amazing in ChatGPT where you can get a full itinerary with restaurants and sight seeing opportunities in 2 minutes.
