Webinars dont play

Hi All,
On my computer webinars don't play. The play button is greyed out. Does any one have this problem and how was it resolved.

I just did a quick test with an on-demand webinar and it works fine.

I am using Google Chrome on a PC with no extensions. You might try switching browsers and/or turning off all extensions to see if that fixes it. Also, if you are trying it from work, make sure there's no firewall rules or anything else which would block the video stream.
