I am prepating my application for the PMP Exam. I already have passed the ISTQB Test Manager few months ago. Can the training + certificate be used as Valid PDUs?

PDUs only apply once you have earned a PMI credential. If you are asking whether the hours spent training for the ISTQB CTAL-TM are applicable towards the 35 hours prerequisite for the PMP exam, it really depends on how much of the curriculum was project management related and whether you have supporting evidence of this and your completion of the course in case your application gets audited.

Yassine, I totally agree with Kiron. If the training is PM related then you can do so but if not, then it won't qualify. If you get audited and PMI determines that your course doesn't qualify then your application might be rejected. As an alternative, look at Joseph Phillips PMP courses on Udemy.
