I don't know of any AI-based tool that will produce a logically correct and resource leveled schedule. It might provide you with a draft starting point at a very high level, but it won't replace the wisdom of your team and other stakeholders in developing a network diagram and then entering that info into a professional scheduler.

For doing that we are using AI from more than 40 years ago. If you are talking about the new model of generative AI (ChatGPT) you can do that without problem. You can see good examples about that in the free courses delivered by the PMI. But remember: the final decision always rest on human being. Human in the loop. Saving Changes...
I agree with Kiron. AI can't replace the wisdom of a human team creating a tailored schedule. The form that AI could help is recovering historical data of similar schedules previously developed, and based on that information, create new ones using certain variables that would be defined by the Project Manager.
For example, you can write this prompt: "I need to create a project schedule to [goal] within the given [time frame]."; and the AI tool will develop a list of tasks according to the theme and time, but then you need to tailor the result with your team's expertise, to refine scope, time, and resource assignments, according to the reality of your company.
