I purchased the PMI Study hall and I installed the app on my Iphone. Unfortunately the Google login doesn´t work and there is no chance to join with username and password since they´re not set. This makes the app unusable for the users that log in with google and is obviously generating negative reviews in the Appstore.

Hi Davide, please log into Study Hall using your myPMI credentials. Although you use your Gmail account as your login, your access must be verified through PMI's single sign-on (SSO) system. Temi, the issue is that we did not create a password when we created an account and sign in through our Google account. Therefore, we don't have the credentials to log in manually via PMI Credentials.
I can't even create a new account because none of my courses are tied to it for me to be able to study. I would have to buy a new course via my new login to be able to use the app at all.
This post was requested 6 months ago and this issue still hasn't been prioritized to be fixed, and there's no workaround posted, the experience is very disappointing.

Hi, this does not appear to be resolved. Study Hall does not recognize any credentials and I cannot update my password on the PMI website, it is not recognized as valid. This is very disappointing.
I have the same issue, not working on my iPhone and I cannot also login in the computer (windows), not in chrome, firefox, edge... Completely impossible to use the tool. I regret so much buying it, my exam is in less than two weeks, I'd like to focus on practice exams and I just can't use it. Stressful and frustrating. Saving Changes...

Yeah, there really needs to be a warning or resolution. I just bought study hall and am in the same position. I’ll have to contest the charge if I can’t get use the product. Saving Changes...
Hello all! As mentioned above, please do not log in with Google. You must log in using your myPMI credentials in order to verify your access. If you have logged in with Google, reinstall the app and login through myPMI. Yeah same issue. Never created a password on PMI as I used the google SSO. FRUSTRATING to say the least.
