I purchased the PMI Study hall and I installed the app on my Iphone. Unfortunately the Google login doesn´t work and there is no chance to join with username and password since they´re not set. This makes the app unusable for the users that log in with google and is obviously generating negative reviews in the Appstore.

Looking into your account, you have tried to access Study Hall with different email addresses. This is the reason you are having access issues, and may be similar for other users. You have reached out to customer care and they have updated the system with the correct information, and you should have access shortly.

Yeah same issue. Never created a password on PMI as I used the google SSO. FRUSTRATING to say the least.

Hello! Study Hall does not require a new password, you must login through myPMI to access the purchased plan. You will not be able to log in with Google SSO because your PMI ID must be verified in the myPMI system. Don't fret if you have attempted to log in through Google, just refresh your browser, log into www.pmi.org, and access in your My Subscriptions tab or purchase in the Exam Prep section.

I had this same issue and contacted the help centre through chat and the person who helped me clearly said, i cannot use mobile app with google login! Saving Changes...
Same issue, app logs in and shows the blank page, and the browser says the user and password is wrong. I can use the subscription I bought and the support did not help me Saving Changes...
