good question, connecting two buzzwords (no irony here).
VUCA is a perception, not reality. Others might see the same problem as simple, certain and well-understood, if they have other knowledge than you.
So, AI has access to more information than any human and probably can enlighten the problem a bit.
Kiron mentions the context of the problem so that AI might have access to different situations (contexts) in which your problem occurs.
And - as Ansoff said - it is better to dissolve a problem (change its context to make it vanish) than to solve it.
