I'd suggest that trying to find similar contexts the old fashioned way (e.g. networking, discussion groups) would be superior to using AI in cases where there is unlikely to be sufficient relevant data to have trained the AI model. By the fact that you term it a "novel" project, this implies little relevant historical information so harnessing the wisdom of a group of subject matter experts is likely a better bet.
