Recently got a Media project to manage which is not a Build project (not a software project) Could someone tell me their experience or point me in the right direction. Yes, it is a global project/program ( portfolio of projects)

First thing I'd say is that there is no single thing as a "Media project" - there are many types, it is like calling a project an "IT project", when it could actually be development, off the shelf procurement, infrastructure, upgrade, Comms, or many others - if you know what type of media project it is please post here, as it will help us provide well focussed advice, if not, then your first task is to find out - it might be a social media establishment, a press release project, an advertising one, a rebranding, or many others.
