Aside from AI, there's strong rationale for changing the current mainstream model of education which has resulted in escalating tuitions and stagnating or even reducing value realized by learners.

The Khan Academy's and Coursera's of the world have demonstrated that there are viable alternatives. When you consider how much money in higher education institutions goes to administration staff who are not directly involved with delivering courses, it is easy to see that something needs to change.

One example which has been field tested on multiple occasions is to have courseware provided to students in advance for them to read on their own, and have in class time devoted to Socratic learning or similar methods.

Yes Kiron,

I have seen Khan Academy doing a great job on affordable learning and good coverage where actual learning is happening, as we have also seen the Byjus which failed to keep up with the trend they brought.

The AI shift is poised to bring significant innovations in various fields over the next couple of years. We can expect advancements in personalized learning experiences, AI-driven project management tools, and more intelligent data analytics that can transform decision-making processes.

Regarding the education system, I agree that it's time for a change. As AI continues to evolve, our educational frameworks must adapt to prepare students for a future where AI plays a central role. One way to implement this change is by integrating AI and data literacy into the curriculum, teaching students not just how to use AI tools, but also how to understand and work alongside AI.

Yes, But what I am observing is still the students completing the Academics dont have that kind of leverage as its never been taught during the course and still same cource and modules applies to the new and upcoming students, institutions are not doing much in order to make the student future ready.

With the new model of generative AI which is the basement to create things like ChatGPT all related to education will change but mainly from the side of teachers, professors, etc. They must review their roles to help students (at all level) to walk the fine line between automatization and knowledge. To much automatization kill innovation. And mainly, teachers, professors, etc must understand how to deal with the fact that generative AI will be used and creating things that force students to use generative AI but just as a tool. It is possible. I am in the education from more than 30 years ago.

Do agree with your point, but in order to make student understand that this is just a tool and you still have many things to learn teachers should also have a fair amount of knowledge in this areas which i see is very missing link. can we do something to first prep teachers and then student?

Yes. I am writing this because is what I am doing right know and I did from time ago. You have to take your "coach" hat and putting people on "game situation" where the situation is created to "derecord" the current situation to incorporate the new ones.

In the next two years, AI is poised to revolutionize project management by automating routine tasks, providing predictive analytics, and enhancing decision-making processes. These innovations will significantly increase efficiency, allowing project managers to focus on strategic and creative aspects of their work. AI tools can offer real-time risk assessments and optimize resource allocation, leading to more accurate project outcomes. The integration of AI with existing project management software will streamline workflows and reduce human error. As a result, organizations can expect a substantial improvement in project delivery and overall performance.

In Education: Schools could introduce AI-driven platforms that analyze each student's learning style and progress, then adjust the curriculum in real-time to optimize learning outcomes. For example, an AI tutor could provide extra help in subjects where students struggle while offering advanced materials in areas where they excel.
