PMP Application Verification - Contact person

In PMP Application can i specify supervisor names who have left the organization but can be contacted and are ready to verifiy my work ?

I am asking this because i have switched my organization and the people i had worked under in the previous organization have now left and there are new guys in those posts.

Yes you can. The rate of turnover in most organisations would mean that if you couldn't, few would ever be able to meet the requirements!
