If you are referring to the PMP exam, you can choose to take it in Arabic. As the PMP Handbook indicates "For translated exams, the examination will be entirely in the language you choose. This includes all screens before and after the examination. If you would still like to see the questions and answer options in English during the exam, there is an exhibit button on the screen for each question that will show the question and answer options in English."
