In need of some good examples to update my resume for a Job Search. Something modern which keeps up with the current times. My current resume is very traditional and needs a punch up.
I'd prefer a recommendation of a source that's been vetted by someone is this group. Years ago, the problem was getting access to more information/data (in this case resumes). Now it's just the opposite - a massive amount of data is available and sorting through what is valuable is very time consuming. Often leading to a pay wall which I must pass through if I want the "real" magic of what it takes to write and format a resume.
In parallel with looking at sample resumes, you might want to use ChatGPT or your other favorite Gen AI tool to take your existing resume, analyze it and then recommend tweaks to it based on a role you are considering or a style or tone you wish to have it reflect.

Hi William. What do you mean by 'very traditional'? In my opinion, the format of a CV doesn't need to reinvent the wheel. The essential sections—such as the professional summary, experience, and academic background—are still relevant. As Kiron mentioned, ChatGPT can be very helpful in fine-tuning a CV for a specific role by adding keywords or editing the content. Saving Changes...
I will recomend to check the canva templates and word templates and use chatgpt as kiron mentioned.
Also, you can reach out to your local chapter, sometimes they have people willing to take a look to your resume. Saving Changes...

You can play around with zety or enhancv. Especially when you don't want a lot of hassle with formatting. But ChatGPT covers a lot of ground already. Saving Changes...
