In my company, we are planning to develop a customer service chatbot. What aspects do you consider important for carrying out this project? Any ideas, best practices, or suggestions? What difficulties might we encounter?

It is a board question. Why? Because you can create a chatbot using different technologies and that will impact in the whole project. My recommendation is taking a closer look about what process you need to automate with the chatbot then you will have the first answer about the way to create it. But just my experience about lot of years on working on this type of things.
