PMO-CP Exam

Has anyone else experienced the immensely frustrating lapse of time from completing the PMO-CP course to having the exam ready?

I completed my course on August 6th (had to have support manually mark it as complete) and due to some IT issue I still do not have access to the exam. I'm completely flabbergasted by this gap in the integration of PMOGA into PMI. 

Beyond this being a terrible customer experience the knowledge is going stale and my probability of failing the exam is only increasing as time passes.
