Project Incentive Plans

I am creating an Incentive/Bonus plan for project teams working on projects. I was wondering if anyone had a sample incentive plan that they would be willing to share that they use for their project based teams.

We don't have a specific bonus plan for project managers - there's a company-wide one in place. The one thing I would suggest though is that any plan you do implement doesn't encourage competition. It is far better to set it up so that it encourages sharing of lessons learned rather than individual success (this can be the case if there is a small pot of money to be shared and the PMs are all vying for it).
