Features comparison of MS Project 2013 tool and Change Point PM tool?

Hello everyone!

I am interested in finding out pros and cons of using MS Project 2013 and Change Point PM tool in my organisation. Our needs are project resource time tracking, planning, reporting and some project and organisational matrix generation.
