I know that most of the project management work is happening in IT or construction. And hence most of the information available online are related to these field.
My question is what is a good source of information about projects that are related to policy development, education, environment, etc?
I am teaching PMP prep classes and most of students are neither IT or construction related.

The UK (Major Projects Authority) and Canada both have national-level program or value offices that are focused on government services/service delivery. There may be some good examples associated with those offices. Try searching program management or "realizing program benefits" as there are also case studies available in these areas. The Project Management Journal from PMI has academic articles about PM which often include case study based research and these are not all about IT and construction. There's also the US GAO which is the equivalent (I believe) of the UK's National Audit Office and publishes investigations/assessments of major public sector projects. Saving Changes...
