Hi everyone! I'm looking for virtual Agile/Scrum training recommendations for our C-Suite and Innovation Team in the USA. We're not interested in certification courses like CSM or CPO—just practical, hands-on training that focuses on applying Agile and Scrum principles in our NGO. I've contacted a few organizations, but they keep pushing certification programs. Does anyone know trainers or companies offering customized, non-certification Agile/Scrum training? You could take a look at the two day Foundations of Adaptive Delivery course which we teach as it is framework agnostic, hands on (virtually) and does not support or push any certs.
