Can some one help me understand if there is a major difference between and project coordinator role and a PMO

Hi,

Good Question :) I would say Project Co-ordination is sub-set of PMO.
But widely i see Project Co-ordination is representated as PMO.

If you could provide the details you are doing it as Project Co-ordinator, we can further discuss this topic in more detail.

Am i right if i think that PMO consists of many roles: Quality assuarance, project coordinator, project assistant and Project manager?
