A key element of Kanban is to visualize your existing work flow via a work board so it is better to create a work board with your team (assuming a work board template is what you were looking to get).

Map the existing process and set up columns for each stage that represents value being added to a work item.

Have the team start to use it and over time expand it with things like overall system or potentially stage-based WIP limits.

For more info, please consult this guide: https://www.prokanban.org/the-kanban-guide

It is difficult to help you. I tell you why: between other things the columns inside the Kanban board has to be defined related to the initiative you will use it. Adding to that, some key indicators inside the board like WIP will depends on your initiative too.
