AI is here to stay but the Use cases Must be carefully studied:
AI is here to stay and thrive. However the Use Cases for the use of AI must be chosen carefully, otherwise, the results will not be as wanted. Otherwise, AI may hallucinate and increase the amount of work to be done instead of making the user more productive

Agreed Jean -

AI is just a set of tools and like any tools, they have to be used wisely and in the right context otherwise when all you have is a hammer, everything looks like a nail.

AI will not hallucinate. Generative AI could hallucinate. AI is a board term. Regarding the use of use cases or not in my personal opinion it has sense if the initiative is fully AI based. For example, in the last times, to implement generative Ai in a company.

Hi Sergio,
indeed AI applications like data compression will not hallucinate. Other types of AI applications may hallucinate. But, I believe even if a portfolio has AI sub-projects embedded, one should consider the use cases.

100%. It depends on how streamlined the problem is, how mission critical it is, if there is any precedent of using AI successfully for that specific use case or not.
