back office organization

I'm thinking to create a Back office organization/team which can support our project teams located in different countries and working for different projects. this back office will be considered as an interface between front offices and our main local branch to provide better support with more efficiency. any idea a bout an efficient organization chart/back office team structure ?
N.B : our projects are in oil&gas + water treatement

This sounds like a PMO to me, so why not Google PMO structures and see if any of those sound appropriate for your organisation.
