No - there is no "no later than" clause for training hours unlike experience months but in general it is a good idea to not go back any further than eight years.

Learning is forever. However, I agree with Kiron that 8-10 years is about as far back as you want to go. Also be mindful, other courses like a team-building, communications, quality management and leadership courses count as well. It does not need to be a 35 hour boot camp to be approved by PMI.
