Rather than look for a template, find out from your stakeholders how they'd like to see this information presented, mock something up, and iterate on that with them. For senior leadership a timeline type view with arrows connecting the milestones between projects might be suitable, whereas for your and the team's purpose, a detailed integrated project schedule might be of greater value.
