I hope this message finds you well. I wanted to inquire about the status of my PMP exam result. I took the exam on the 23rd of September, and as of today, I have not received my result.
I contacted the support team previously, and I was informed that the result would be available within 48 hours. However, it has now been several days, and I still haven’t received any updates.
Could you please advise on the next steps or provide any further information regarding the delay? Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.
You need to direct your query to PMI Customer Care - they should be able to let you know. However, if you took the exam on September 23, that was yesterday so we are still within the 48 hour expected completion time for the security review. I'd expect you would hear from them by end of tomorrow (September 25) or early on September 26.
