Level up skillset - looking for new work

Does anyone have a suggestion for what would be more valuable to job seekers in today's market: a Change Management Cert or AWS SaaS Implementation training?

Depends on what your experience is better suited to and the types of jobs and industries you are targeting. The former is much more generally applicable than the latter, but the latter might also be considered a niche skill and hence in higher demand with lower supply of qualified talent.

Al, what is more valuable to you is the credential that complements your career oath and goals. It’s not a one-size-fit-all and its different from one person to another. Both credentials are valuable but you only can decide if they are valuable to you or not.
