Analytical skills , Attention to detail, Organizational skills, Problem-solving
Communication skills, Time management, Financial management,
Team collaboration, Adaptability.

Which of these do you use most often?

For the most part, these are all part of the Power Skills set which are used on a daily basis by PMs. For me, Communication Skills would be the most frequently used.

This list shows that regardless of one's background, there are common sets of skills which can help them succeed in the project management world.

Kwiyuh, I would agree with Kiron. Those skills along many other soft skills are transferrable from one industry to another!

I would say that communication is the most used PM skill. Specific to finance skills specifically, I would say the ability to construct and evaluate something using a mathematical framework is something I also use frequently. It better allows making decisions based on logic, facts, and data rather than opinions and political pull.
