Personally, I take AI feedback, analyze it and only use it if it makes sense to me. I never take AI's answer for granted.

I have read about multiple attorneys censured by courts for using AI for research which provided citations to prior cases that never actually occurred.

You've raised an important question about the use of AI feedback and decision-making. Here's a thoughtful response to your concerns. Indeed, there have been instances where blindly following AI recommendations has led to issues or regrets. Your caution about not following AI guidance blindly is well-founded. In conclusion, your approach of using AI as a supplementry tool in decision-making processes, rather than relying on it exclusively, is a prudent one. By combining AI insights with human expertise, critical thinking, and ethical considerations, organizations can harness the benefits of AI while mitigating potential risks and regrets.

I have AI support, but in that case, I review and align with my personal preferences.

First of all, AI is a board term. I will assume you are talking about generative AI, mainly the new model. Unfortunately AI is becoming a new buzzword because the misunderstanding created when generative AI is used as a synonym of AI. "Human in the loop" is the key for AI in general but becomes a key success factor when you use generative AI. So, you have to create the answers (prompt) with the right format and then you have to make at least two minimum check on answers: consistency and veracity. If you have to implement the use of generative AI at organizational level then it expands to things like you need to include roles like linguistic, lawyers, diversity and inclusion expecialist, etc, etc.
