Help! PMP Exam Score Canceled

Hey everyone,
I recently took the PMP exam, and my score was canceled due to "irregularities" detected during the exam. I completed the exam without any issues or warnings. I contacted Pearson VUE, and they confirmed that there were no problems reported on their side. Has anyone experienced something similar? How did you resolve it?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Kimberly Whitby: Is there anything you can do to help Ghena and Alaa or at least connect them with the right person. They seem to have contacted customer care but they didn't get answers.

What seems odd to me, based on what Ghena said, is that she repeated the exam in-person at a PV Centre, she had her confirmation printed as Pass by the Centre then her score was cancelled again.

I had the same issue although I had my exam at test center last Wednesday and received a printed report after the exam that I passed successfully.
I appeaIed but got denied with a strange forensics analysis claim, I replied that I disagree with the decision and that I will retake the 2nd only if it's free of charge without paying any fees, and I'm waiting for their reply.

l faced the exact same issue as you. Could you please share with me what happened in the end with your case?
