Project Portfolio in Excel Format

Create a simple HR Workday Portfolio management template which contains multiple small HR projects based on intake from stakeholders with following criteria's: Project Urgency, Efforts, Timeline, HR Business Impact,Resource availability. Based on these generate a template in excel format which contains score for individual projects ranging from 0-100 and 4 descriptions as Do Now,Schedule the project in pipeline, Can't Do, Will not Take
