Rescheduling Exam In Hurricane Disaster Without Penalty

I have looked all over this site and also the Pearson site. Are we able to reschedule without paying the penalty if we were in the hurricane disaster?

I'd expect that if you contact Pearson directly, they would be able to reschedule your exam day & time without penalty given the emergency situation.
