Thanks a lot, I have to try. The main requirements are: free, easy to use (without complicated settings), and suitable for waterfall, agile, and hybrid project management. What could you suggest from this list?

I decided to try ProjectLibre. It is free and also have MPP format.

Have you tried Notion? Depends on what your needs are but its flexibility can allow you to fit it to what you are looking for, even if it might be limited in some of the more advanced project modes.
