As most of you are aware, there are different types of project management tools available today in the market. From your experience, which one do you consider the best tool and why would you say it was best compared to the other tools? Saving Changes...
From my side, for Project Plan Management, I consider Microsoft Project and Open Project the most robust tools for Waterfall and Hybrid Metthodologies.

Thanks for the insight Francisco! MS Project is a software where I only have basic knowledge so far and really looking forward to getting more familiar with it. However, I dont think there is a possibility where we get a free trial for it like the other tools, do we?

This is such a difficult question, with many variables to consider:
- What is the size of the business that will need this tool?
- What is the budget?
- Is there existing tooling available? Does your organization require layers of approval, integrations, etc?
- What is the skill level of the project team? Are they a technical team? Marketing? Construction?
- What reporting needs do you have and what is feasible to do manually?
Overall, I always recommend Asana. Under all of the magical celebrations, there is some massive power under the hood, amazing AI integration, and embeddable forms, and it is based on social media logic, making it suitable for many types of teams and sizes. Goals and portfolio view make reporting simple. It also has the capability to multihome activities (so helpful in cross-functional projects) and you can house your personal to-dos in the product. It integrates with Jira if needed.
I am an expert in Jira, Workfront, Asana, and Smartsheets, At the end of the day, the appropriate tool is the one that your team will use. I have found adoption to be so easy in Asana. Jira is too complex and not built for non-technical teams

Thanks for sharing Katie! This was so insightful. I also agree on the fact that for non technical teams, JIRA can be a little challenging due to the reason its slightly inclined towards the software development projects.

For me, I've been using the Planner App in MS Teams. You can assign tasks, provide updates on tasks, and when you create a task and provide a due date, Teams will send you a reminder. Saving Changes...
