Transformation Management Offices

I am working in a huge Business Transformation which is going through a bumpy ride. Thought every transformation is unique, this is what, I think, we could have done better which also applies to most of such cases -

- Initiated people centric initiatives in early tranches of the program to garner and foster support, reception and transmission
- Establish and harness capabilities of a Transformation Management office which could eventually merge PMO in itself

Have you had any experience setting up, designing, or working in a TMO? Any thoughts/leads will be helpful

It sounds like TMOs would champion organizational change management. At least, what you suggest as part of its mandate certainly aligns with OCM.

I don't think many of us have had much experience with TMOs. Let us know how it works for you guys and what are the pain points.
