Hello Veronica,

In my experience, I feel that establishing checklists for the quality assurance team and employing data oriented decision making were a couple of improvements that brought a positive impact in the long run. As it was an early stage startup the processes were disorganized but as the company started to grow, we needed to scale up accordingly. Establishing checklists helped the quality assurance team to have a clear direction on what to look for while data driven decisions made through dashboards helped us gauge our capacity in order to make commitments realistically.

I was the organization's first Program Manager, I founded the first PMO and initiating the PMO Committee to create a governance framework. I view myself more of a pioneer than a revolutionary.
