Hello! How does one go about peer reviewing journals on PMI/PMJ or conference papers on Project management/coordination?

You should be able to locate contact details for the PMJ editor and similarly whoever is responsible for presentation submissions for the conferences you are interested in.

When I first started reviewing submissions for Project/BAWorld many years back, I'd just reached out directly to the main organizer.
