Seeking a Mentor in Healthcare Project Management & Leadership

Hello everyone,



I'm currently managing a complex health equity project at a hospital, and I’m seeking a mentor or coach with experience in project management and leadership within a healthcare setting. This project has presented unique challenges, from staff buy-in, data governance, lack of accountability, digital implementation, etc.
 



If anyone has insights or knows someone with expertise in healthcare project management who would be open to mentoring, I would be incredibly grateful. A coach with experience in navigating the complexities of hospital projects and team dynamics would be invaluable.

Dear Khalid, have you gotten in contact with your PMI local Chapter? This would be my first move. Conversely, you could also look options at your current employer. In third place, I'd browse LinkedIn for suitable individuals (use mentor as a keyword in your search). Good luck!
