Hi Murali, I agree with Sergio Luis Conte here. PMI's AI courses can easily explain the answer to your question. Just adding a little from my personal experience, Gen AI is only as good as the prompts inserted by the users. So, understanding the results and the process on how to make them more efficiency is key here.
