Hi Murali

Integrating Generative AI into project management can enhance the roles of Project Managers, Business Analysts, Risk Managers, and Network and Security Specialists.

By aligning with PMI standards, organizations can improve project outcomes, communication, and risk management.

For more insights, ( PMI Infinity ) PMI’s resources offer methodologies and case studies on integrating technology in project management.

Good to see you write Generative Ai instead of AI. How to support? You will find good information inside the 3 free courses delivered by the PMI. My opinon is: those roles are "dead on arrive" as they were originally defined.

Hi Murali, I agree with Sergio Luis Conte here. PMI's AI courses can easily explain the answer to your question. Just adding a little from my personal experience, Gen AI is only as good as the prompts inserted by the users. So, understanding the results and the process on how to make them more efficiency is key here. In addition, even if this helps people, there arises the question of data security from the organisation's end which is something that can't be ignored as well.
