PMI Micro-Credentials in the Certification Registry

For those who have obtained a micro-credential from PMI, when you search for your credential in the Certification Registry, does it show up correctly? I tried looking mine up, and it only displays as "Active" with the date, but without any logo or additional information. It’s just a blank screen. If this is a bug, I hope PMI can resolve it soon.

Has anyone else experienced the same issue? I would love to hear your thoughts or experiences.

Danny, good observation. I am experiencing the same issue. Looks like PMI are working on updating their registry, but can’t be sure!

Hello Danny - this is not a technical error. As of 12 September 2024, all micro-credentials were evolved into eLearning courses and are now hosted on the PMI Learning Management System (LMS). Should you have further questions about the change or require more details, please contact Customer Care. Thanks!

Hello Danny - this is not a technical error. As of 12 September 2024, all micro-credentials were evolved into eLearning courses and are now hosted on the PMI Learning Management System (LMS). Should you have further questions about the change or require more details, please contact Customer Care. Thanks!

Kimberly Whitby , I understand the e-learning aspect. However, if PMI intends to display it in the Certification Registry, it seems odd to list the status as "Active" with just a date and no additional information. What exactly does this refer to? It doesn't make much sense as it stands. I will follow-up with Customer Care accordingly. Thank you so much!

Rami Kaibni , I’ll follow up with Customer Care using ticket ID: CAS-2137209-L1Q9K0 . If possible, please reference the same case ID to report a similar issue on your end, so they understand this isn’t an isolated case.

Kimberly Whitby & Rami Kaibni , I just wanted to update both of you that today, when I searched again in the Certification Registry, the PMI Micro-Credentials now display correctly, reflecting the latest update fix. A big thank you to PMI for making this happen!
