Does anyone has written a whitepaper on AI testing or has any idea about the same ?

Can you clarify the question - are you referring to the use of GenAI-enabled tools for testing other AI solutions or are you referring to GenAI-enabled tools being used for testing regular (non-AI) products?

To be honest, it is hard to write something different from things you can find in lot of sites related to it, mainly vendors. I am saying that because I worked in some vendors and the tools includes generative Ai before the new model appears in 2017. Adding to that, take into account AI is a board term. What makes a break is the new model of generative AI where things related to Responsible AI has to be taking into account and make a difference with "traditional" testing of AI entities.

I would expect that most of the larger QC tool manufacturers would be starting to implement AI capabilities within their product suites, so you might wish to review a Gartner or Forrester analysis report on the testing product segment.
